In addition to group classes and personal training, we offer Individual Design (ID) services. This is best for people who want or need a personalized workout program created by a TJ's Gym coach, to address personal fitness goals, help with body composition changes, prepare for a specific event, or manage an injury. You and your ID coach will meet to discuss your goals and needs, and then you will receive written programming each week. Your program will tell you exactly what to do at the gym, and your coach will follow along as you input your workout results.  This is a great way to build in personal accountability and interactive coaching to your TJ's Gym experience.
